Who I am

Erik Woning is an independent AI and innovation practice. I am responsible for processing personal data through erikwoning.nl. You can reach me at hello@erikwoning.nl.

What I process

When you fill in the contact form, I receive your name, email address, message and, if you provide them, your organisation and type of organisation. I don’t collect anything else.

Why

I only use this information to reply to your message and, if you wish, to arrange an intro call or quote. The legal basis is your request for contact (pre-contractual steps) and my legitimate interest in answering questions.

Who else sees it

The form is sent through Resend, an email service based in the United States. Resend only processes the data to deliver the email, under a data processing agreement and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. I don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long I keep it

I keep your message as long as needed for our contact and no longer than two years after our last contact. If we work together, I keep what is needed for my records for as long as the law requires (seven years).

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies, no trackers and no ad networks. Fonts and images are loaded from this server. The web server keeps technical logs (such as IP address and time) to detect errors and abuse. These are deleted after 14 days at most.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email hello@erikwoning.nl and I’ll respond within a month. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
