We start with your work: which tasks, which questions and which agreements are already in place.
Together we look at what AI can and can’t do for those tasks, with examples from practice.
Hands-on with a feasible task, using tools your organisation approves and without sensitive data.
You choose one experiment worth pursuing, with an owner and a clear agreement.
After a few weeks we look at what people actually use and what the next step is.
